I intend to buy a new BB, but i don't know that.
Everybody know about that?

I have researched this a few places and (from what I have read) OS 6.0 will not be made available by any of the carriers. This does not however answer your question.......

Please, share your research. As OS 6 is a rumor at this point, how do you know that "OS 6.0 will not be made available by any of the carriers?" I'd love to know where you spotted this.

OS 6 is a very mysterious creature, right now. all we know for certain is that the 9700 will get it sometime this summer.

anything / everything else you hear is speculation:

the 8900 will *probably* get OS6. but it may not.

we'll find out soon enough.

Your guess is as good as anyone else's right now. Not a lot out there about OS 6 as itis still somewhat int he rumor stage.

Somerandomguy, how do you know it will come to the 9700? One can assume that it might as that is one of the latest BB's, but I have not seen any confirmation from RIM and/or the carriers about it.

I do not know that, and did not say that exactly (I stated 'from what I have read')

My research was gleaned via a Google search and came mostly from the 'Crackberry Forums'
