Default Deleteing my service books?????

Please Login to Remove!

I recently updated my software and removed the unwanted applications to free up some memory. Now I have a problem with opening attachments. I've searched through several threads on how to fix it and it seems I'll have to delete my service books and have my BES admin reactivate it. I've already resent all my BIS service books and done the battery pull several times without any luck so now that leaves me with the BES end of it. My question is, are the any I shouldn't delete or is it safe to delete them all and then reactivate through the enterprise server?
thnx
-Mike

It is safe to delete them all...

BUT, first, go to Options > Advanced > HRT and click Menu to Register Now.

Then, pull the battery and reboot again.

Still no luck. I've deleted the all my service books and had them resent and still unable to open attachments. The only thing I changed was updated to the latest software (which I've done several times before) and cleaned up the unused applications. I still have the BB Attachment Service installed, so what else could it be??????????????????? I've also noticed I can't get my phone to prompt me anymore (on handheld and desktop) when I delete a message and I have it set to prompt.
Anyone have any ideas?
