Okay, I have been upgrading our 8330's to 9300's. I am seeing an intermittant issue. After activation the Hide Sent items will not allow you to change it. Also it appears that the view in messages defaults to a view of the entire mailbox not just the messages. The only way to correct it so far is to wipe the device using JL_cmdr, remove the user from the BES, reload the OS then reactivate.

This has been a frustrating process. Like I said its not every device only random ones. Its like something in the OS isnt processing properly. Anyone else having this issue?

I have been having issues with my default view for calendar saving.
I think since I had previous BB with os 5 on our BES server. User preferences are saved in the BES server DB or users mailbox. and going with a new BB on OS6 those users settings some how are not writing or saving correctly.

Had the same issue with a couple of devices here. For 1 I was able to set the Hide Sent to 'No', save it, then set it back to 'Yes' and it stuck.

For the other one there was an OS upgrade available so I did that and it fixed the issue.

I am having the same issue with a BB 9300 I just activated (May)...is there a simple fix?
