Uncaught exception: DSSMA: invalid state [5]: 687

My fiance's Curve got this messege and now seems to be running very very slow. I tried searching google for this exact error, found ones that were similar but not with the 687 at the end. Also at the time it happened she got a text and went to her inbox, and her inbox was frozen and screen went blank. Then the error came up. Took battery out turned back on, still very slow and not always when you open a messege in the inbox will it even open. Also she has like tons of messeges in her inbox (never deltes them out), but now you can only delete them one by one. Time to trade in or what?

Sounds like there was a bad install, but, back-up and reinstall the OS. Reload all her apps and see if anything kicks that error again.
