My Blackberry Curve 8520 automatically syncs all music from windows media when I open the mass storage & I want to know how to make it stop so I can manually sync only songs I want.

it's so stressful,i already disable sync from my blackberry desktop manager. but it's not working.

You say it happens when you enable mass storage mode? And it isn't desktop manager doing it? ... Then you have another application running that is setup to do the sync.

When you first plug your phone into the computer, shouldn't a little pop up come up giving you options saying "charge", "do nothing", etc?

At leats that's what mine does. I just hit charge and nothing happens.

Huh? Describe exactly what you are doing and seeing (and don't hijack threads).

If DM is not running when the BlackBerry is connected, the BlackBerry connects and charges. There may or may not be a prompt to enable mass storage mode, depending on how it is set on the device.

Alright. Ill word it better. When I am running desktop manager and plug my usb cord from my mac to my bb, I get a pop up on the screen of my bb asking me if I want to charge it, sync it, and another option that I don't remember off the top of my mind... It might be "do nothing".

I don't know if you get that on your phone. Maybe its just because I have OS6 running on a 9780, but if you do, hit do nothing? Or just hit the bakc button?

It seems silly, but whatever.
