low level error 1209 on bes 3.6

HI
I am using bes 3.6 from few days not able to recv any mails on my handheld
when i checked the logs its shows me that the mapi profile is not able to connect to the exchange server and throws a LOW LEVEL ERROR 1209 , i hav searchd the blackberry tech support they say it happens when exchange server is down
but i am able to recv mails in my outlook,moreover i checkd in the logs it also says bbuseradmin.exe :NOT FOUND.. wat does that mean
and when i restart my server only then i am able to rcv mails on handheld but this lasts for few days.. this issue is persisting
any help would be appreciated
