I got my phone yesterday which I could make & calls & receive them & send sms or receive them. Today when I was trying to call it says call failed no sms could be sent. My network strength is great I can even use the browser. I call my network provider they said my signal has no problem. I manger connections > service status> it says Mobile Voice (Active) Status: not available connection: not available status: not available connection: mobile network. Is it because I didn't activate BBM internet? Please help me am confused. How do I do fix dialing when I don't have PIN2?

SMS go over the voice network. You do not need data.

Assuming the signal is good and voice and SMS still don't work, then first thing to try is a hard reset. With the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds. Do that and then try again.

Call customer service for your carrier/service provider. Explain what you see and what you've done. Mention that you've already performed a hard reset. Have them doublecheck your account setup.

Resets via battery pulls are a pain, but the procedure often sorts these glitches. You might also try pulling the battery and restarting it without the SIM card installed. Then yank the battery again and put the SIM card back in. That can force a new network connection.

On rare occasions a SIM card goes bad. Your carrier will usually replace it for free. Takes about 5 minutes in a store.

This sounds most logical. Your issue looks like the carrier mis-provisioned your account. Possibly they were trying to change somebody else's account and borked yours. When you call they have a tendency to say, "Yeah yeah, we checked everything and the problem must be on your end." but they don't look closely and really only want to get you off the phone. Laziness and ineptitude are everywhere. You have to be persistent and make several calls sometimes for the same issue.
