Is there any way to make the 8830 group the phone numbers like this:
(XXX) XXX-XXXX

Right now, half my entries are just XXXXXXXXXX, making it difficult to read. I've formatted them correctly in outlook, but can't seem to sync it to my BB.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried that one time and it did not work may be a bug, but I had to change them in the bb to fix the problem. Unless you delete the enrty and reenter it.

That is what I do, edit and format them in Outlook, and it sync it back over to the BB.

Maybe you need to set you BB to enable "Outlook Wins" on any conflict.
