We have a phone directory of VIP's (in Excel), I was wondering, is there a way that I can maybe if I save it a text or HTML etc that I can then create a customised icon and push to VIP's handhelds.
At least then they can open this icon which would open the phone directory and they can search their colleagues contact number and call them etc. is there a way I can acheive this and another way rather then saving the excel sheet and everytime opening it to locate someones number ?
Infrastructure: BES 4.0 and BES 4.1 with Exchange 2003
Just make an internal website that the BB can get to? I have source code to make an icon (bookmark) on the homescreen but you need to get the signing code which I believe is only $25 now. Let me know and I'll post the code and link for your own code

have you tried teaching them how to do 'lookup' or is that too hard for VIPs?
