Got update software(Sprint or BB-dunno, not paid attention) few months ago in US. While in Canada visiting my relatives for awhile, roaming service messed up like 1X most of time not 3G(earlier software worked perfectly) While 3G on, texting hardly able to send or receive.. Want to go back last software/remove current software that messed up service.. HOW? Thanks

The software is not the issue. Did you add any apps? Where did you get the update?
Details help. Also if the phone has added software not intended for your model phone it will cause many issues.

Well I think it was directly from software(possible from Sprint). It might be relating with roaming service I don't know since whenever I travel in Canada I always see 3G or 1XEV mostly wherever I go expect some spots far from cities, I get 1X. Now I get 1X all the time rare to get 3G or 1XEV but once it is on I couldn't send text msgs or receive text msgs till I get in very hot spot in big city like Calgary. Very few spots in Calgary would work with text even though 3G is on. Very odd! That's where I want present software to remove and install previous software that works perfectly globally. Humm?
