I'm using BlackBerry Manger v 4.1.5.26 and I'm trying to reset an activation password. I right click on the user and nothing happens. I have restarted the server and I'm still experiencing the same issue. I am logged in as besadmin. I also tried logging in as other administrative accounts with no luck. I was just going to delete the user and re-add them but I can't even do that.
Any suggestions?

Dont know exactly, how this behaved with 4.1.5, but with 4.1.7, there is a context menu availible.

if you just touch the user with the mouse button, there should also be a menu on the lower right side, where you can set an activation password.

if this is not there, or, if this does not work also, try to update to the latest (4.1.7 ?) release. If the software is corrupted, that might repair it.

I have updated to 4.1.7 with the latest service pack update. I'm still unable to right click on users.

strange.
But, regardless of the option to right click a user and then assing an activation password, have you tried the option to select a user an then assign a password?
see screenshot.
Or, is the menu on the right side missing ?
