I've been lurking on this site for a while and think it's about time I say hello!
I am the BES Admin for a NYC law firm. We have 300 Blackberry users in the NY branch alone.
Use Exchange, and have various models: 6230, 7230, 7730, 7100t, 6710, and a some Verizon models starting to pop up.
For all the times you all have helped me in a bind, I say thank you!
