Default Problem with Lync 2010 and BES 5.0.3 integration

Please Login to Remove!

Hello Everyone:

Following are the errors I get after Collaboration services starts and then stops. Restarting the service generates the same errors in the Event viewer.

<2011-06-20 21:48:19.458 PDT>:[136]:<BBIM_SERVER09_BBIM_1>:<ERROR>:<LAYER = BBIM, [OCSC] No Trusted Application Pool has been found for this machine>

<2011-06-20 21:48:19.459 PDT>:[137]:<BBIM_SERVER09_BBIM_1>:<ERROR>:<LAYER = BBIM, [OCSC] Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.>

<2011-06-20 21:48:19.472 PDT>:[138]:<BBIM_SERVER09_BBIM_1>:<ERROR>:<LAYER = BBIM, [OCSC] BlackBerry OCSConnector will terminate...>

Note - All BB services working normally except Collaboration Service, Lync Server 2010 working with all services starting properly and Lync client works fine as well.

Tried provisioning manually without success (get a COM error) using BCSProvisioner.exe

Any insight on this would be great. Thank you.

Environment:
BES 5.0.3 on Windows 2008 Enterprise x64
Lync Server 2010 on Windows 2008 Enterprise R2

Manual Provisioning generates a COM Exception:

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

Issue resolved by recreating MTLS certificate using Advanced Operations within Certificates snap-in.
