Ok, I've been having this issue, and now it's starting to get the best of me, this happens on all accounts on our BES. Certain domains are not forwarding to the Blackberries, the emails show up in the exchange inbox, but this happens on the BES when it tries to forward it on.

I've even gone as far as switching accounts that the BES is running under, and that hasn't fixed the issue.

Exchange server is 2003 with SP2, BES is 4.1.0.38

Does the account the BES is running under have rights on those domains?
How many domains total
How many are working flawlessly
How many are failing
Do you have any intermittent failures? Sometimes works sometimes doesn't?

It's emails from the following domains: yahoo.com, sbcglobal.net, mac.com, there may be more domains that also don't forward to the BB from the users inbox, but those are the ones that I have heard about.
