Default file transfers???via bluetooth.

hey all, im new here and a new bb owners, 8700r, with service provider Rogers, i have a problem. I am trying to transfer some mp3 ringtunes from my old cell phone (moto 635), via bluetooth to my bb but i cant even link with my bb from the moto, made myself discoverable on bb, did a scan for devices on moto, found it but when i try to select the bb, i get this message "service not supported", any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

please help me!!

what version OS are you running on your 8700?

If it's 4.1, then it does not support obex (BT file transfer)
If it's 4.2, then you can transfer files via BT
