Has anyone gotten through to them on this? Is it confirmed that there is an issue on their end? I've been on hold for TSupport for a while now without yet getting a human.

Interestingly, my SRP host was set to localhost which I don't seem to remember being the case before.

Default Houston...er...Waterloo, we have a problem

Although they initially tried to chalk this up to an issue on my end, they called me back personally to let me know that they acknowledge that they have a high severity issue on their end and that they are trying to get things fixed.

The funny thing is that I can't reliably get to the homepage either.

If it matters, I have case# RQST00003502262 open on this.

Having the same problem RacerGregg, I just updated my BES environment and thought it was something on my end.

Pinging srp.ca.blackberry.net or srp.na.blackberry.net is giving me about 50% packet drop.

edit: still getting 50% drop but testing the network connection in BlackBerry Router now connects quickly, no connection errors.

I upgraded the BES last night to HF4 for 4.0.6 for Domino. After the reboot I could not connect to the SRP. I have been trying to get hold of someone from T-support but no luck. Check out the screen shots and let me know.

Thanks

It wasnt you. I upgraded our Exchange envioemnt last night and when I finished I couldnt surf the web on my BB. Then I tried blackberry.com from a pc with a goon connection and nothing.
A little after midnight PST it came back up. All is well now. I wish they would let us know someway when they do this.
