The data plan may be it. Although I do not have a data plan, I still get Blackberry emails, Internet access, PIN messages.
Maybe a screw up on their part, but I've never been charged for data. I HAD a plan at one time, and then cancelled it.

If you need to look up the weather quickly you should check out this application

It displays the current or forecasted weather image on your home screen background:

Actually the new version of BB Weather has been updated to show temp and conditions on the home screen. Also has forecast and hourly forecast and has been updated to work with wifi on compatible devices. For some reason not many people even know about this version yet. I believe most people are using version .74, however within the last few days .81, .82, and now it has been updated to .83. I myself am using the curve 8900 with version .83 and it works perfectly. Give it a shot

That's great! But I can't find an OTA download for .83. Everything still says .77?

This is one of the first 3rd party apps that I install on any BB that I have or setup for someone. I've yet to have anyone complain about it one bit. My kids use it to check the weather for the next day and upcoming week all the time before they go to bed at night.

+1 in my book.

Default Weather Bug

Is Weather Bug free or is a paid service? Can someone post a OTA for BB Weather?

Default Why Can't we set more than one City

BBweather is powered by Weather.com.
I have also Installed Berryweather.
The only feature BBweather should have is to Add other Cities?
I thought it could powered by Weather Channel?
Where can I Go to Request it?
I have Installed Berryweather, Weatherbug

Those Two You Can Add Cities. I still Have them on My BB Storm

BbWeather supports multiple cities. You can even add a keyboard shortcut to switch between cities.

What are you talking about? BBWeather is freeware. No "trials". You must be referring to another app.

Hit the menu key and select options
Hit the menu key and select add
