How do I set up the GPS on this phone? Is BB Maps the program to use? Can anyone get me started?

Under Options -> Location Based Services. You can turn it on or off. Yes, Blackberry Maps works fairly well. In Internet Explorer, if your device is tethered to your PC, clicking >>this link<< will install Blackberry Maps to your device. There are other services available as well such as >>TeleNav<< which will give you step by step directions via voice and also allows you to find businesses, cheapest gas in your area, etc. TeleNav costs approximately $10 per month.

I have looked everywhere for the answers, but have not had much luck. I have a 8703e(sprint) and downloaded bb maps. When I click the start gps button it comes up with the message "you must pair your blackberry with a bluetooth enabled gps device" How do I get the gps to work?

Have you changed your GPS to internal instead of BT?

How do you change it to Internal. I went to the option to turn gps on and did so. Is there something else I need to do?
