i've been able to successfully connect the 240 with my 8100 and use BBMaps...

i'm eager to try wayfinder 6 - and willing to shell out the coin if it works.

problem is i'm unable to get wayfinder to see/connect to the holux 240...

two questons:

- how do you compel wayfinder to connect to external bluetooth device?
- has anyone successfully gotten this combination to work?

Have you gone into Options and set the GPS device. Its not automatic until after you pair it.

on the device itself, or within the app?

i can't for the life of me find it within the app - but i have paired it with the device....works flawlessly with my earpeice and from within bbmaps...

UPDATE::: long story short - but i had a situation that prompted me to completely re-install the app. Seems to be working fine now...thanks for the advice/assist.
