Default BlackBerry 8330, How di I Remove Eterprize

Please Login to Remove!

I am needing some HELP trying to fix my Email problem. I had my BB set-up for yahoo emails to go to my BB and all worked well. Then in some way I changed or did something to unfix it. I recall looking ainto what eterprize was all about and may have done something to change a setting or something. Your ideas or suggestions would be helpful I am sure. Thanks in-advance for your time and efforst on my part.

Greetings, and welcome.

You want to remove a BES, enterprise account?
or get your yahoo mail working?

Sometimes, the best and fastest way to fix an email account on the BB is to remove it, then re-add it.

Wonderful, Now how do I remove enterprize email (which is not working at all) from my BB and use only Yahoo mail. Also I do not have enterprize server so that should help to understand what I am trying to get fixed.

It appears you have a BIS account so log into the carriers BIS and add the Yahoo account information. The BIS server should then check for email. Another way to get the Yahoo account to be seen on the BB is to log into the Yahoo accound and forward all emails to the BB email address.
Once you start getting your emails, I would simply ignore the enterprise account.

Good luck

I asked that question above and you never answered it.

Are you removed from the BES server? If not, your device will continue to reconnect.

Follow this: Remove IT Policy - BlackBerryFAQ

Also, in the Options > Advanced > Service Books, delete ALL entries with [Desktop] in them.

Then, with the device powered on, remove the battery and replace it to reboot the device.

Thank You, Thank you so much. It was in the security options as you had felt it was. Following your online instructions I noticed my Options, then to Security Options then after cleaning memory I went into Firewall and Blackberry internet service showed 81 blocks. When I remove the block and sent myself a message it came through. Your were correct thanks for your help.
