Default Pics "send as email" sends from wrong address

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

Has anyone run into this?

Whenever I select a picture I've taken with the curve and then "send as email", it does not send from the "default" email address also...when I physically select the default email address to send from, the email always arrives as coming from an email address I've long since deleted from the BB.

Any idea what the problem is or how I might solve it?

Thanks,
BT

Delete old service books.
They are probably causing this.

Previously, I sent new service books from the AT&T BIS account menu--it did not rememdy the situation. Should I specificially delete them all then resend or ?

Thanks,
BT

Deleting them all can't hurt. You should, however, be able to identify which service books are related to any old accounts that you have and delete them manually.

It would be very unusual for an old service book to stick around after you've deleted it from the BIS server and resent your service books. The unused service books should have been deleted automatically.

Tried resending, and deleting them all and resending them again. No luck.

Any other options? I'll probably backup and do a wipe then restore...
