That was the first thing I tried.
Set the cal to offset exited the app and restarted.
As I say if I create an 'all day' event in the native bb calendar and look at it in PD the end day is set to the following day.
Cheers

I just noticed one little cosmetic bug. If I highlight the date that's just under the title bar, it shows the first 2 letters twice. Right now it shows "We" not highlighted and "Wed Feb 18, 2009" highlighted.

I just downloaded 5.5.0.3 and I noticed that when I hit "V" to go to cycle through Day/Week/Month and while in Day all of my ToDo's are white on white. Once I highlight them they appear as white on blue. The only exception are the high priority ones which are in red. I looked through the set colors screen but that didn't help.

wjereb, go into pocketday settings / colors-fonts and make sure that each color is properly selected for the task priorities. Also, if you are using Task Background Color in pocketday general settings, disable that.

Well it fixed it until I had to reboot today. It reverted to the white on white on the week screen. Is there a fix for this planned?

That's odd. We've not experienced that. Please check the PD Color settings for anything white. We'll check the software out.

I like the new version on my Storm, but have found a bug (which I had in a previous version). When I rest my finger on a section (without clicking), I no longer get the proper section isolated. For instance, I rest on Appointments and it shows Stocks.
This is my current order (and what resting shows):
Missed Calls (resting brings itself up - the only one that works)
Unread Email (tasks)
Tasks (brings 7 day forecast)
Appointments (stocks)
Weather (system info)
News (white screen)
Stocks (white screen)
Scoreboard (nothing happens)
System info (nothing happens)
regards,
-jk

CRS,
I just found another bug. If you have more than 50 unread Text messages and you highlight them all to delete, only the first 50 delete and then I get an "uncaught exception" message and the app terminates.

Did notice that a recent OS update had omitted the defualt memo app. Installed this and it seem stable again.
Is memo needed as it's one of the things you can link to?
Same here ..does anyone know a solution to this ?

Yes, the native BB memo app is required by pocketday.

Problems with BES 4.1.6?
My company just upgraded the BES server I'm on to 4.1.6. Now, when I view a work email from the main PD screen, the header information comes up, including attachments, but the rest of the email area is complete blank (i.e., can't see any text of the email). Anyone else seeing this? When I exit/ESC out of PD and just look at the email by choosing Messages, the email shows fine.
CRS, any thoughts? It happened as soon as they did the upgrade, so I know it's related to that. However, it appears to only happen to work emails that have attachments. Emails without attachments and personal emails show fine. I'm also using Empower Pro 3.0.80.7 if you think that makes any difference. Thanx.

Problems with 5.5.x on 8820 with 4.5
I had to replace my dead BB Pearl with an 8820 and in the process got the newer 4.5 (was on 4.2 on Pearl) and decided to upgrade PocketDay to 5.5.x at the same time (don't remember the previous version I had on the Pearl).
In any case, although PocketDay starts (and shows on the Application Switcher list), I never get any screens from it. When I reboot the BB I do see the usual "allow/deny" requests for sms etc from PocketDay, and I allow everything. I have several other 3rd party applications that work correctly (Opera mini, Google Maps/Mail, Etrade Pro, bbtracker and a few others). I've edited permissions and allowed most everything I can. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, trying both an OTA and local/desktop install, all with no difference.
Any thoughts on what I'm missing? I miss my PocketDay :(

brilovett,
Make sure you're running PD 5.5.x. Also, if there's an Empower option in PD general settings, disable it. PD no longer supports EMPower as PD shows HTML email natively now.

CRS,
Just curious, is the troubleshooting forum at pocketday dot com still active? The last (and only) entry I see there is from 2005. The general section's last entry was in 2008. I had checked both of these before posting and it seemed like the BB forums were more active.
thanks

Yup. Looks like the problem was with the Empower option being checked in PD. Something isn't playing nicely. Thanx.
