Did you ever get these issues fixed or figure out the problem?

Going to upgrade from .448 to see if this fixes the memory leak I have. I do a bat pull and start off around 100mb, but I will eventually get down and hover around 70mb throughout the day.

I do not have a button for "compatibility files", and I have deleted the vendor.xml file, but it still will not install. Says DM doesn't have software for my BB. I'm running Win7 x64 Ultimate.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I did everything corretly, but at this step: "3. Plug in BB and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file." I get this error message at "device application selection" - " the blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device that you have connected to the computer.contact your wireless service provider or system administrator"

What should i do here? It only lets me to "add" or "cancel" at this window. Does that mean i cant have OS6 for my 9700? :/

Make sure your Desktop Manager is CLOSED and try again.

Hey i need HELP. I have tried to do the exact same steps like 10 times eith my bold 9700. all works fine but it doesnt update. At the last step it just says that the phone is successfully updated in a second and nothing happens. What am i doing wrong?
