hello, on my BB torch, when I try to delete a previously e-mailed picture stored on my SD, it will gi me the following error: "unable to delete, file in use"

I tried cold boot...nothing works, I dont understand what process could possibily use the file?

please advise

How are you trying to delete it, on the BB or via your Computer? Is the SD locked?

Your best bet is probably to remove the SD Card and put it in an adapter and plug into a PC so you can view the file in Windows Explorer whilst completely removing the BlackBerry from the equation. Try and delete it from the card then.

Sam I had the same problem and found the perfect fix. ReName ur pic something simple. Then take a pic of the floor, save it naming it the same as the pic ur tryg to get rid of. Will ask u to replace with current pic, say yes. The old pic is gone and now u should be able to delete the pic u replaced it with! Yea!
