Hi,

We're running BES 5.0.2.28 with Exchange Server 2010 Version:14.00.0702.000

One particular user, when he sends a bunch of emails from his device, those emails get sent and resent over and over again, whether the blackberry device is on or off. The device was wiped and started anew and the same problem persists.

Another user (separate, but this may be related) sends emails from his blackberry and the device shows a check, as the email was sent successfully. then when he looks at the blackberry 10 minutes later, that same email has a red X on it. he does NOT resend the email, but he checks his outlook sent items and the email was sent without a problem, and the recipient received it without a problem.

Has anyone seen these problems before?

have you tried if it helps to execute the "reload user" button on the BES console.

Throttling was already turned off for the BESAdmin acct

On the Mail with the red X, scroll all the way up. What does the "Message Status" field say?
