Hi,
I have BES Express 5.0.3 installed on an SBS2008 server. I have two Blackberry users, one has a 9000, the other has a 9700.

One user has three "Desktop" icons on her Blackberry. 1 can receive email but cannot send, reply, forwards. Another icon has nothing in it. And the third icon can send email but not receive.

The other user has two "Desktop" icons on her Blackberry. 1 can receive email but cannot send, reply, forwad. The second icon can send email but not receive.

SBS2008 is running Exchange 2007 SP2

I would like each user to only have one email icon (called "Desktop" I guess) that sends & receives email.

Please could someone assist me?

Delete any service books with [CMIME] in it and then resend the service books.

Sorry to ask, but could you explain those steps in a bit more detail?

On device:

Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > Service Book

Delete any service books with [CMIME] in it.

On the BES, go to the user and resend service books.
