My 7100g broke recently (mic just stopped working) and cingular sent me out a new one. Unfortuntely it seems like it's missing things that I had on my original one.

1. Under settings I no longer have a bluetooth option. just turn wireless off and power off

So I thought I should upgrade the OS and I downloaded new desktop and handheld software (then ran the application loader to force the update) but it seems that I had the most current version loaded.

Handheld software: v4.0.0.219 (platform 1.8.0.129)

I read the upgrade OS FAQ but it doesn't seem to help me.

What am I missing?? Thanks!

There should still be a Bluetooth option under settings; the Bluetooth icon (turn on and off) appears AFTER you pair up a device.
