Default bluetooth incompatible with Bentley

Please Login to Remove!

I have bought a bentley gt which is incompatible with my Blackberry curve.
I believe this is a known problem. Does any body know how to get around the problem.

I think your problem is Unique Because of the Type of car you drive. I am not sure but i can guess there are not to many active members driving the Bently GT

Haha! That's funny...can't have it all...right?!

You can always try a different phone or a second line just for the car. That is what I was going to do since my Nokia E61i doesn't work in my Bimmer but since my Curve does I have the problem solved.

If the Curve keeps my attention better than the E61i (though it is really hard to give up that browser) I might just pick up a Razr2 or something similar for use as a weekend phone on that line. You might do well to do the same since the Motorola bluetooth tends to work with most cars quite well.

Default Blackberry for Bentley

I have the same problem. I get the phone to recognize the car but can't get any further. Did you try to get help from Bentley?

There's a very simple solution to this. Just have the butler follow you in a different car with the Curve and they he can flash his headlights when you have a call, go take it in the butler's car while he polishes the Bentley.

Bentley should have an outstanding service. Ask them to solve the problem.
Or buy a new car that works with a curve.
