Hello! I have an unlocked STL 100-3 Z10 with a vodafone sim. It works great and has software version 10.1.0.4184.

I cannot get the 10.2 update. I have tried OTA and Link as well as the web check and get the message "your phone has the latest software" . I have contacted the Vodafone support and they suggested I reload the phone. I have done this twice to no avail. Anybody got any ideas:

If you feel that you need 10.2, you should load it manually. Vodafone has obviously not approved it for distribution.

Thank you for your reply. Vodafone rolled out the update 3 weeks ago. Their techs tried to help but have limited skill.
BTW I don't need the update. I want it

Hi Guys, I took ZombieBerrys advice and loaded the correct one from Crackberry. I think the reason it gave me grief because it was a USA model and I am in the UK
