I have searched and can not find an answer to...what does the "double envelope icon" next to the number of new messages mean?

OK, so I found that the double envelope is "filed message". Why does it show
(#) filed message icon, indicating new unread messages? Usually it just shows the number of unread and 1 envelope icon?

Yeah, this little double Icon is pissing me off too. I can't figure out a way to get rid of it.

Yeah, that didn't work. I get a text message or an email, the double envelope icon shows up, I read the text message or email, both go away. It doesn't make sense. I can't figure out the reason the 2nd envelope shows up. I've got a Verizon 8703 so it doesn't have the blackberry messenger on it, which I read might have something to do with that icon.

Messenger was going to be my next Q..... Have you checked for push notifications in browser?

I don't have any way to do that right now since I don't have my camera here at work with me.

As for the browser push notifications...how would I find out if that is the case...I have searched the browser options and I can't find a setting for that.

Are these messages coming from your inbox or from a subfolder?

Both from my inbox...it doesn't matter what kind of message it is, I get that icon. Both SMS and Emails from multiple accounts.

ANyone figure this out yet? I just started getting the double envelop today and it is also for all messages.
