i'm getting the red x on send... is the service still down or do i have to call nextel to allow mms?

another question does multimedia reception just mean picture mail? i'm guessing video's would not be possible right? what about the nextel direct send for pictures?

with the new mms u can actually send pictures from ur picture folder to an email this is great cuz i get alot of pictures from bbmessenger and wished i could see them on a computer but didnt know of any program that would allow this now it actually allows it...so if anyone else wante to be able to send pics in an email mms allows it. as far as the red x it happened at first then it jsut stopped i deleted and undeleted the service book but it still didnt work the like 15 minutes later it worked no problem

beings how its a newlcakberry u probably have to download spellcheck over because the mms option was sent to your phone as soon as the handheld was registered. i was able to send three text messages last night but today no luck i called nextel and they toldme that i need to register to use mms then she said there is a outage in the network

MMS has officially been released. Call up customer care and ask for them to enable it on your 7520, AFTER you upgrade to 4.1 and either hard boot the device or register now. That will get your account fully provisioned.
