I tried but could get a sound alert for my calendar events. I set up the alerts on the normal profile, whih is my active one. It shows the ringtone assigned to the calendar when I click on options but I only get a visual display for my calendar events. Can anyone help?

Make sure the mute options aren't applied under Profiles>Advanced>Normal>Calendar.

i just resolved the same problem of my curve.

1. calendar>options>device default>display reminders> yes

finish it?

2. update ROM to the latest version

I tried to follow #1 on my curve but it doesn't have the same sequence
