As I reported on your beta feedback page, I think what he means is that older versions of IM+ would have a green border around the "fish" (that's what I call it hehe) icon when IM+ was active. The new beta (I am not sure about previous 7.x versions) no longer does this.

On the main screen, I see the IM icon. When I use BeeJive there is a little green dot below it's icon showing me that I am logged on the IM's. But with IM+ it looks the same whether I am logged on or not. Not a big problem, but it would be helpful if you can make the icon change if you are logged on, or have missed messages. I have a full license code, I just un-installed IM+ in favor of BeeJive. Now I am back to IM+, but miss a couple little things that are different.

I see the dialog envelope. Never seen that before. I guess I only get that when on of my contacts leaves a message. Not sure how they became a contact, but I did find out how to remove it.

Thank you for your feedbacks.
When you have an uread incoming message in IM+, its icon will have a small envelope.
The green outline is available only for the users of IM+ on OS 4.2.
If you would like to delete a contact, select it in you contact list, press Menu button, then go to menu Contact and select Remove a Contact.

I found that out. But I am not downgrading OS to 4.2 to get the notification that the IM's are active or not. Just rather have them upgrade the program to show that there are active IM's on the Today Screen Icon. (Or main screen Icon) BeeJive does it, shouldn't be too hard to accomplish for IM+. I have had IM+ for the last couple years, started using it on my PDA (Dell Axim x51v) and then when I got the BB I paid the extra $10 to upgrade it to that.

BB Profiles Support Please!
For me, this is the very best BB IM app. Aside from the homescreen online indicator mentioned above, my big problem with IM+ is their lack of integration with BB profiles. I've been asking them for years to do it and it still isn't here.

It would be nice to automate IM+ to enter in push mode when battery reaches a certain level e.g. 10%.
Best,
Jaime

I've been testing the beta for a few days and one thing I've noticed that rocks is the new chat message indicator in the header area (same type of indicators as for new messages, sms, voicemail, missed calls, etc.) which is yellow and shaped like the main IM+ application icon.
Another new thing (to me) is that chats show up in your Messages folder, just like BB Messenger chats do. When you see that you have a new chat, you can either go to it from the popup, or by clicking the main IM+ icon, or by going to Messages.
Note, these 'new' features may have already been present in 7.0.0/7.0.1, but I am coming from v6.x so I hadn't seen these before. Those that haven't tried IM+ for a while may want to take another look.

My Skype won't sign in now, sometimes without an error message or progress bar. Was working great for a couple days. ICQ and G-Talk works fine.

Does this work with Skype In?
i.e. Can I receive a call over the Skype network directly to my Blackberry?
Also, can it be set to only work over WiFi?

In the current version, only Skype chat functionality is included, for Skype calls we have a separate application "IM+ for Skype".
