I am having problems with updating my blackberry torch 9800. This is what i received when i tried updating it. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

I may be stumped. I've had Desktop Manager say it has to update a component, but it prompts me to continue and then does it. It isn't a full upgrade, just and update of something.
I guess if it were me I would do a clean uninstall (search) and then install again, and then test. Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile
Just trying to cover all the bases, I mean, if the DM asked me to install a module or whatever, I'd just do it. If that was already tried, no choice but to uninstall all BlackBerry/RIM software from the PC. I have bever seen that popup before. Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile
