i am trying to use this to shrink the OS for my 9780....i have followed all the steps....i have download it and i have copied the EXE file into the OS software in the proper spot....

where im getting stuck is....

it says right click on the EXE file and run as administrator....when i right click on the file the menu pops up and i only get a choice of "run as"....when i click on this i get another pop up that gives me two options....neither of them say "run as administrator".....i have tried both and they both just come back as errors....

any advice?

Those instructions are for Windows 7 and Vista. What version of Windows are you running? You may can just double click the file...

using windows xp....tried double clicking it comes up with an error

Netframe... I wouldn't have thunk of that but I try to keep all that stuff current on my PC's so I guess I didn't encounter that error...
