Default BBM HELP! How do I get a TM symbol in my bbm screenname?

Please Login to Remove!

Someone please provide me with an answer to this epic question! I've been to the end of the earth and back and still haven't figured it out. I have a Blackberry 8703.

Thanks!

On your PC keyboard, you just hold down ALT plus a number on the keypad, such as:
Alt + 0162 = ¢
Alt + 0174 = ®
Alt + 0169 = ©
Alt + 0153 = xxx8482;
Alt + 0188 = ¼
Alt + 0189 = ½
Alt + 0190 = ¾

Getting it on your BB... I have no idea. Let me know if you find out.

You can type the xxx8482; on an email and send it to yourself to your phone.
Copy it and paste it to your screen name.

what bbm are you using?

i am not sure about 8703, i am using a pearl, besides the option clicking the pearl to bring up the menu, there is another menu key on my 8100 to bring up the full menu.

Ok, this is one I can actually help with. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. lol. For the xxx8482; in your blackberry (including the BBM name field) simply hit the T, but hold it down (like you would for a speed dial from the home screen) while holding it scroll your wheel, you will get the xxx8482; as an option. This also works for the © (hold C and scroll the wheel) and the ® (hold R and scroll the wheel.) I've done it from my 8703e, so I promise it works. Have fun.
