I will be renting a SUV, so if we want to leave the hotel, I can take 4-5 people, I know last year the restaurants, and drinks at the Gaylord were very expensive. Just a thought . .and now back to my dungeon . back to work . .lol

Done.
Oh, in case you didn't get my email address, which has my name (noticed it said 'Invalid Hash' on the display), just click on the Reply button and it displays it correctly. Gotta love forum bugs.

That's a good point. I usually taxi it from venue to wherever but is it really 10 miles between the venue and the fun stuff? I need to be able to get around for my two days of park fun at the end

Just curious - did anyone sign up for the Hands-On Labs? I doubt I'd need it, but if everyone else is going to them...

The Hotel provides transportation to and from Universal and Disney.
For a fee...

I did. Paid my extra $150. Dunno what to expect, but hey... I want to be sure I have the opportunity to learn something new.

Wireless Enterprise Symposium 2007: Hands-on Labs
The agenda says they run from 8 through 5. I've been to the MDS Studio one at one of the CWTE seminars (assuming its the same thing), and I honestly didn't get too much out of it. Not really sure why they're breaking these into actual labs and charging (more) money for them, but...

I haven't signed-up as they imply the labs are all based around 4.1 SP2 (we are 4.0) but I was hoping the labs would cover 4.x. Any ideas?

I doubt they'd teach anything based on 4.0, to be honest. Too many differences in the GUI, but the same basic principles would apply, imo.

Thanks jibi. I plan to upgrade to 4.1 in the next 6 months so I guess I should find the extra $150

That's what we're doing too. Especially since TSupport for BES 4.0.x ends 12/31/07. It's a no-brainer to upgrade now.
=-=-=-=-= Flash-Forward to 1/2/08 TSupport Call to RIM =-=-=-=-= ME: I need help with BES 4.0.x for Domino.
RIM TSupport: No upgrade?! No support for you! [click]
Yep. You guessed it. That would really suck. I plan to upgrade to 4.1.x sometime after WES. I want to be sure I get all I can while I'm there so I can be very prepared for the upgrade.

DBB, keep in mind that 4.1.4 *should* be available before year-end, as well as 5.0.0. SP4 is the one that *should* add the NeedText monitoring, web-based administration, etc. Depending on the 5.0 release, you may want to look into renewing TSupport, if at all possible.

My renewal for this year just started 4/1/07. Runs thru 3/31/08.
That's 1 non-alcholic beer you owe me. Nya-nya.
