On my 3rd bold and fed up with this thing please help!!

Got my bold on Feb 1st and since then have gone through 3 of them. all have had the same issues - white screen of death, not receiving emails and losing my texts with the settings on keep forever. Everyone has said it is the firware.
this latest bold has v.4.6.0.167 (platform) 4.0.0.157, twice in the past week including tonight i have gotten numerous error messages and the white screen and I cannot forward texts as emails.
what can i do to stop this?? I'm beyond fedup with this phone
It would be helpful if you would explain first anything you are doing, like what additional software are loading, themes, etc. Are you transferring large video or pictures files to the device memory? Anything?
The Bold has a decent size device memory, and losing text messages should not be occuring unless the device memory is extremely low.
It would also help to know what error messages you're getting, to keep the guessing to a minimum.
Or maybe AT&T's Bold have alot of issued cause iam on Rogers up here in Canada i don't seem to have the issued your having. Nether i heard anythings from my friends that use BlackBerry Bold or 8900 Curve either the Storm 9500 iam using on Rogers.

Rogers is slow on a lot of things except for taking your money
I had an att curve. Now I have a Bold. I live on the Detroit River and I get charged for international calls because bb picks up rogers
Now my son has the curve and he works right on the river. Ihave to call att every month. Has anyone had this problem? Att says they can't do anything about it.
