Just performed my first upgrade of a VZW 8830 to 4.5.0.138.

While HTML works OK reading mail from my personal E-Mail account, BES E-Mail from our Domino 6.5.4 is still only text.

I've checked our server and everything seems to indicate that it should work with HTML according to the documents from RIM I've read. I've checked all settings and even deleted Desktop[CMIME] and resent service book.

Is there anything I'm missing, or is it a case that it doesn't work with Domino 6.5.4 - we expect to upgrade to Domino 8.5 within a year.

You need domino version 7.0.2 or later for HTML email to work. Also, I was not successful in getting HTML working until BES 4.1.6 mr3

Thanks, Chris for the quick reply. Since it'll be months before we upgrade Domino, I'll probably be upgrading to BES 5 before then. Cheers.
