Hi everyone, I purchased a 8700g with t-mo two days ago and my god, I can't keep my fingers off of it! I love it. To think I was considering a MDA <shivers> lol. Anyway I need new BB buddies, hit me up.

Welcome!!! I just got mine too, I got the button pressing addivtion too lol its a hot decive and soooo useful for everything!!
Apps I suggest right off the bat are Google MAps and Berry 411. 2 of the best ever in my opinion!!!

Look around you will find TONS of info and apps for your new Berry!

This community is awesome, and the info priceless, I'm struggling to keep up with all the updates and so much info about this tech marvel, I had no idea of the capabilities of this devide, thanks all for such a warm welcome. 1 question, I read in some ones signature to avoid using the trackwheel. Does it weak easily?

trackwheel life varies from different users, some last forever some last instantly :D but if you want yours to last very long, ill suggest you learn all the shortcut keys. some 8700 shortcut keys tip and link are on the mods signature

You will pick it up pretty fast, once you start using it and playing around with the options but there is alot to learn!!!
I love my Berry and I'm happy I got it. It is really as fun to use as it is helpful!!
