Would appreciate any information on Car Kits that are known to work/not work with the Curve 8300.

What have you tried?

Have the Bluetooth problems been resolved with the Motorola IHF-1000? With my old unit. I couldn't answer (go offhook) from the car-kit, only from the phone.

I need to buy a kit soon and would appreciate any reviews or Info.

Sounds intresting. How do we get one in the States?

I need something that is "wired in" for a staff emergency vehicle. Can't be messing with batteries on this one. Do you have that 12 volt supply option??

Hi,

No, our Hands Free Kit is not wired in. If fits on the sun visor (which means you don't have to look away from the windscreen to make or receive phone calls) and has a rechargeable AAA NiMH battery.

BTW you could leave it plugged in with the car charger all the time if you wish. Just a thought.
