Great news: Due to the excitement and demand for the BlackBerry Curve, Retail stores will start selling the Curve on Saturday, September 22, rather than Monday as originally planned.
The handsets have been delivered to stores and our customers want them, so why wait until Monday?
The BlackBerry Curve is the smallest QWERTY BlackBerry and is also the only BlackBerry with HotSpot @Home and Wi-Fi data connectivity. With T-Mobile HotSpot @Home, customers can place calls over their broadband connections at home. When they are not connected via Wi-Fi at home, they will enjoy the same great GSM service they have today through T-Mobile's network. BlackBerry Curve customers can get unlimited voice calling with the HotSpot @Home add-on feature from home or any US T-Mobile HotSpot locations.
This device is perfect for customers who want the newest and most technologically advanced full QWERTY BlackBerry.
Top Features
Wi-Fi and Mobile Calling
Effortlessly transition between Wi-Fi calling and T-Mobile's network while you talk. Get great coverage at home when used with a T-Mobile HotSpot @Home wireless router. Unlimited nationwide calls over Wi-Fi at home, or at any US T-Mobile HotSpot with the T-Mobile HotSpot @Home add-on feature. Please note: HotSpot @Home pricing will go up on October 3.
High Speed Internet
Whether you're near a Wi-Fi connection or on the T-Mobile network, you can quickly surf the Web and view pictures, documents, and other large attachments. With the optional Web Guard feature activated, certain Web sites are automatically filtered for safer browsing.
Personal and Work E-mail
Send and receive messages from your personal and work e-mail accounts.
Available in Pale Gold, a T-Mobile exclusive color, and Titanium.
Please note: New $9.99 Unlimited BlackBerry E-mail and $19.99 BlackBerry BIS Internet Plan give customers the best experience on their device at a great price - CLICK HERE for more info.
Please note: The BlackBerry Curve requires a BlackBerry plan for E-mail, Web Browsing, and Instant Messaging.
Additional Features

BlackBerry Enterprise Server and BlackBerry Internet E-mail
Wi-Fi/GPRS/EDGE data connectivity
2 MP camera with flash
Voice activated dialing

Handset/Device and Rebate Pricing Summaries
The Handset/Device and Rebate Pricing Summary will be updated after launch and posted under Product Updates > Pricing.
Price Cards
Please note: In an effort to simplify the price card design, we have removed the color label from the price cards of handsets that are sold in multiple colors (Blackberry Pearl and Curve, Samsung t219, etc.) Please remove and discard any price cards that have a color designation and replace with the updated price cards.
Updated price cards are available under Marketing Collateral > Collateral > Retail Feature and Price Cards.
4 x 2 price cards are available by CLICKING HERE.
3 x 2 price cards are available by CLICKING HERE.
Please note: Customers using a Blackberry 8320 (Curve), are on a call and attempting to transition from Wi-Fi or to Wi-Fi, and are in all geographic areas in the state of California with the exceptions of the Greater Los Angeles basin, Inland Empire, and San Diego county will be unable to hand-in or hand-out to Wi-Fi networks. This results in the following scenarios for customers in California when moving between Wi-Fi and GSM:
If you're on a call on GSM, you'll stay on GSM until you end the call.
If you are on a call on GSM and move into an area with no GSM, the call will drop.
If you're on a call on Wi-Fi and you move out of range of the WI-Fi network, the call will drop.
This is expected to be fixed on October 22.

Retail stores in S. Florida are choosing not to do upgrades for T Mobile customers - their logic is that they only have a few in stock and dont make money on upgrades so will not do any upgrades until Monday. I hate retail brick and morter.

I got mine today (Central Florida). Walked in the store, already had the Curve on display, bought it with no problems. This was after I went to the store right down the road and they would not sell it to me and were being weird about it.

For all you Chicagolanders, I wanted into the Tmobile store in Oak Brook Mall, they had it on display and sold it to me with all smiles.I had orginally went into a Bensenville location first and they told me they hadn't gotten their shipment yet. I love this device by the way. WiFi is very fast!
