Default Disable wireless sync from Desktop Mgr?

Please Login to Remove!

My sister cracked the screen on her 8700. When I hook it up to my computer to bring her contacts into Outlook, it tells me the address book is configured for wireless sync. Of course, since the BB's screen doesn't work I can't turn off wireless sync on the BB. How do I do it from Desktop Manager (or some other way)?

If she is connected to a BES, it can only be done from the device or from the BES.

Just go into the Address Book and go to Options. Turn off Wireless sync and then connect it to DM and sync it.

She's not connected to a BES. I don't know how Wireless Sync got turned on.

@John Clark - can't do that since the screen is cracked and doesn't show anything intelligible.

What I wound up doing (kind of proud of this) is using JLCmder to take a screenshot of every time I clicked. Doing that, I was able to turn off wireless sync.
