Well I'm on week 3 of using the Storm - as much as I at times want to go back to the Bold - I can't give up this nice large screen. I'm pretty fast typing now but make more errors so it's a trade off. I do find the email deletion quicker with the delete option on the bottom.

Q - is there a way to select multiple emails for deletion like the trackball / alt method?

Anyways these are the things I've encountered that I hope get addressed:

1. random reboots - every now and then the device will just reboot. At first you think the screen just shut off but pressing the back key it reboots

2. FONT change when using 3rd party email accounts - every now and then a reply will come in double your usually font size.

3. Phone app seems flacky - frequently after making a phone call the device will just get "stuck" and not go back to the main screen for a couple minutes

4. Screen flip - 95% of the time I use the Storm in landscape mode and it sometimes just won't flip the screen .. so I hold it still veritically (I must look crazy) until it does. - frustrating!

5. Battery life - it's weird as somedays I can do 2 full days between charges and others I barely last a day. I don't use bluetooth and make only a few calls, have the screen down to the lowest brightness etc. I think maybe some of the applications that do background updating might be getting stuck or something causing battery drain.

A - just like selecting and copying text. touch the first email and then simultaneously touch the last email. everything in between will be selected.

1. i dont have this problem. are you using the vzw release of .75? and what 3rd party apps did you install?

2. maybe theyre sending the emails with larger fonts??

3. i notice things like this now and then. thats life with a brand new os.

4. are you holding it close to vertical? the device cant tell if youre flipping it if its laying down, or even close to horizontal

5. turn off auto refresh in the app center and reboot. it runs constantly otherwise and keeps checking for updates

I have noticed that some emails come with very large text, not sure what triggers this, but it doe happen from time to time.

I have noticed the large font emails as well. The best I figure it is I get them when I get mail from web based email accounts. Meaning... if I send/receive an email directly from Gmail, the font is a bit larger. If I send/receive from a Gmail account that uses a mail app program (Apple Mail, Outlook, Zimbra) the font is OK... I may be way off on this, but that is my experience....

When the reboot occurs, do you get a white screen, then the "error 503" icon before it reboots? I've gotten that 3 times so far and am contemplating requesting a replacement.
