I upgraded from 4.2.2 to 4.5.0 on my 8310 AT&T. Everything is smooth except one super-annoying problem. I have organized my stuff into subfolders off the main screen. I have 2 folders, called "good" and "bad". I put all my most-common stuff in "good" and the rest in "bad" - this way I have a nice clean home screen for showing off my desktop picture (i use the BB Dimension Icon theme).
Now the problem: when I navigate into a subfolder, there is a long delay, anywhere from 2-5 seconds. Once I get into the folder, navigating back up to the top is instant. Also, it seems to make no difference whether it's after a fresh battery pull/reboot or after days of use. Also doesn't make a difference if I have turned off the wireless radio or not.
I checked my logs ( Alt LGLG ) and the "debug" log shows a lot of :
d CC - IsActive
d CC - Ret,"false"
<Repeats 5-6 times>
...
Name: CC
GUID: e68c69ba0f2eba59
Time: Jul 19, 2008 12:25:43
Ret,"false"
These are the entries that I guess indicate what's wrong- however I searched high and low and can't find any referece to this. I also searched the contents of my "Loader Files" folder for the GUID "e68c69ba0f2eba59" thinking amybe it would point me in the right direction but I cam up empty there too
anybody else getting this and/or have any ideas?? it is super annoying!!
