2670? Maybe the title of this thread should be changed to reflect the slightly updated release?

JSanders, can we get the most recent OS version announcements "stickied" so visitors realize there are upgrades instead of having to troll through the various threads?

Right now the sticky shows v1.0.5.2304 as the current OS.

Just a thought.....

Glad they fixed the issue that seemed to break some peoples bridge.

Anyone else a little frustrated that Balsillie's marketing promise of native e-mail within 60 days of launch (we're now at 77 Business days)?

I know RIM has had their struggles, but I'm kind of getting tired of seeing minor action and hearing no real commentary on the status of these features they were ripped apart over.

I appreciate updates have added features and functions, but they need to get what they promised out soon.

I'm d'loading the update right now...over the Net rather than via wi-fi...

I can understand that RIM might have some issues and missteps with a brand new [and groundbreaking] product. What bugs me is the silence over delays and difficulties that has everybody so worried.

By not keeping their customers up to date with what's going on, both good and bad, all it does is excite FUD and play into the hands of detractors and competitors.

Throw us a bone, RIM...we WANT you to succeed and for the products we buy to be GREAT! Keep your customers and fans in the loop!!

Edit -- Download complete...doesn't fix Epub Reader, darn it...

Installed it. Solved the problem of viewing pics from the microSD card in the BB.

So I upgraded to 2670 over the Net yesterday, and today I get a notice on my PB that the same upgrade is available, again. My desktop software thinks there are no upgrades available...apparently I _MUST_ now d'load it again by wifi and install to get rid of the Upgrade Available notice...

Hmmm...I started the download and it almost immediately was discovered to be present, but it still required a reboot.
