Not sure what happened by my reminder never kicked in. I got other reminders later in the day, but the one for the missed appointment, I never got.

Well, Alberto, Its a known fact that the BB's reminders SUCK on the calendar, any incidental wheel spin can nullify a reminder for the rest of the day. I never fetl/heard/saw it. The appointment has the reminder logo on it. I got reminders for other appointments.

Jen's in Ft. Worth this week, so the possibility of her turning it off is rare.

Are you sure the reminder was set?

100% i know what happened- i accidently double clicked when I unlocked teh device and told the reminder to dismiss... Its happened once or twice before but luckily I knew I h ad the appointment anyway. I was makin a bunch of calls today on customers, and was to meet one for lunch and missed it by enough to walk into the restruant to see my boss sitting down looking over at me...... hehehhehehehe - the clent is a blackberry user and was like "Yeah, happens to me too."

I wish there was a better reminder system on the blackberry. Personally I wish it would vibrate until I finally look at the stupid thing and go ok - i have a meeting, instead of vibrates once and goes away.

I use backpack (www dot backpackit dot com) for reminders-- there's a free plan, and they can email/SMS your phone with reminders.

Google Calendar is a nice system and will send reminders. It also can send a daily agenda.
