Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7520/4.0.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

Being a longime nextel user, I always do a battery out reset every morning. They can get a bit loopy if you don't. Therefore my uptime is not as long as yours. But I certainly don't have uptime envy because my BB has a longer antenna than yours

A coworker has had his Blackberry for over a year, and he's never turned it off.

As of right now, and I'm not planning on a restart, I'm at 1671991 second... roughly 19.4 days. The thing just never has a problem or crashes. The only times that I have restarted my BB is after installing certain pieces of software or an OS update.

BTW, I'm using a 7250.

UPDATE: My 7250 has a record of about 60 days uptime. For some reason it rebooted itself but after two months... I'm not complaining.

I do think that this measure how long the BB has been used and not how long does it last. So if this is the case then the oldest will have the longest uptime.

My uptime is never more than a day, unless it's over a weekend... I am constantly installing apps and removing apps, and pulling the battery cause the OS disagrees with something I have written... it's the way of the developer... get used to reboots.

cd.
