Default Sync Issues with outlook 2007

Please Login to Remove!

here is the issues in a nutshell.....

1) When I put an appointment into my blackberry as a full day, it syncs with
my outlook as a 2 day appointment. This also happens when I do an all day
appointment in outlook it changes to a 2 day appointment on my blackberry.

2) Also when I put an appointment into my blackberry at a specific time eg.
8:00am meeting it syncs in outlook at 7:00am meeting, one hour earlier…….
Strange

I have been through all the blogs and crackberry.com, and here but can’t seem to find a resolution…..

I have downloaded the DST patch for both outlook and blackberry but nothing
changes…… adjusted both clocks on Outlook and my Blackberry as well

I am running the blackberry desktop manager 4.3 Outlook 2007, and have a
blackberry curve 8310, that has v4.2.2.153 software on it. also i have checked the BIOS clock and it is correct

Any help would be appreciated

thanks in advance

I had a similar syncing issue, but I wiped my BB and then reconfigured and everything worked fine.

A HARD reset will clear every setting in your phone and set it back to factory defaults.

1. Go to 'Options' menu.

2. Click 'Security' or 'Security Settings'. From here you nay have to select 'General Settings' and click Menu (Depending on the device).

3. Select Wipe Handheld

4.Continue From there, you’ll be asked to input the word you see on the screen, usually ‘blackberry’. Then it will begin wiping your handheld.

If you have anything on it, you should back it up first as this will wipe everything. Removing the battery usually does not do enough to completely reset the device.

Delete the DST patch from your device. And upgrade to 4.3
