My device(storm2 9550 odin) can't opened file exe, more precisely..
"Unable to display file/media card/blackberry/winRaR 2011 full.exe"
What does it mean?
And, how do I fix?

BBs cannot open exe files. Those are typically windows specific apps. And you can not run any file or app from the SD card.

Is it a theme? If so , you'd need to run the exe on your PC and then install on the BB using DM, but be careful as there are also some Malware out there with a similar file name.
